Sangita is from a very poor family. The living condition of the family is very pathetic and miserable. They live in a house made up of mud and roof covered with tiles which can crash down in the rainy season. The father of the child is a daily wage labourer and has no proper job to educate and feed his children. Mother of the child also works as a daily wage labourer. The parents of the child even work in the agricultural field of the landlord for a meager amount which is insufficient to maintain the family. In this miserable economic condition, it is difficult for the parents to continue the education of the child. However, the parents of the child were approached and the child was admitted in the program.
