Leaderwell Pohsngap
Vice Chairperson
Leaderwell Pohsngap is an ordained pastor who had pastored ‘Church of God’ in Meghalaya and Assam. He had served as a missionary in Kenya and subsequently returned to India and served as the Principal of Nichols- Roy Bible College and later ‘Union Biblical Seminary’. He had served on the Board of World Vision India for 13 years (1984-1997). At present he is the International Director of Global LEAD.
Binu Thomas

Binu Thomas is a businessman who started his career in the shipping industry almost 30 years ago and has held management positions in reputed institutions. He currently runs his own shipping company, Link Shipping South Private Limited.

L.R. Joshi has senior leadership experience in NGO sector with wide range of development spectrum focused on children for over three decades. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Help A Child of India.
Leo Visser
Leo Visser is the Managing Director of Red een Kind. Before entering the development field, he was holding a senior management position in an international logistics company. Development of children and their empowerment remains at the core of his mandate.
Vinutha Silvanus
Dr.Vinutha Silvanus is a medical doctor who has specialized in Community Medicine (Public Health). Her choice of specialization was influenced by her desire to serve the under-privileged in society. Currently she is the Asst. Professor in the Dept of Preventive and Social Medicine, K J Somaiya Medical College and Hospital, Mumbai.
